Channel Management

We have a powerful distribution network, and we can market on channels such as Travelstaytion, Marriott Homes and Villas, Google, Holidu, HometoGo, TuiVillas, PlumGuide, and more.

We also have access by API to conventional sales channels such as Airbnb, Booking, VRBO, Tripadvisor, but it is important to have a strategy and opt for channels that have better customer profiles and not rely on a single channel or a couple of channels.

Dynamic Pricing

We use different tools that are directly integrated with our PMS to ensure a 365-day dynamic, demand-driven pricing tool with extensive market data at all times and across all channels, to ensure optimization of revenue.

Business Intelligence

We integrate with BI tools to keep track of all relevant market data and direct competitors and make sure we have all the necessary insights to keep ahead of the competition at all times.

Guest Experience

Apartment looks even better in person than in the photos. Clean, spacious, every amenity you would possibly need on a holiday and amazing location close to some of Barcelonas best restaurants and pubs. Will definitely book this place again the next time I’m here.

We can’t say enough about this apartment. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer, all the things you need to really live in a place. We stayed for five nights and spent every night after we got home from dinner having a glass of wine on the most amazing rooftop patio and even sun tanned one morning it’s very private. The shower is excellent and we never ran out of hot water. The bedroom had plenty of storage, and the air conditioner is in two rooms, perfect for sleeping. I would highly recommend for a couple, or a family for 4 as there is a pull out couch in the living room. We walked everywhere, you can easily reach El Born, the Gothic Quarter or the shopping at Las Ramblas from here. It’s a bit too far to reach Sagrada Familia but taxis are everywhere and inexpensive, there is also ample public transit but did not need it. If you want to splurge on a beautiful, comfortable apartment with a huge outdoor patio, this is your place!
Only one thing to say about Andrei’s condo: BOOK IT NOW. 1- For the terrace 2- For the location, quiet street but close to everything 3- For the communication Nothing to say, wonderfully located, grocery store, metro station, place de Catalogne, arc de triomf everything is done on foot. A big thank you to Mario who welcomed us. Very professional. What happiness, as a bonus the condo was very quiet and ultra clean.
A treasure, perfect for 2 people. The whole place is charming and peaceful, beautiful bathroom, very comfy big bed, no noise at all at night – even though there are a couple of bars in the street. Marvellous large terrace, no great views but you can see the sea in the distance, the top of the cathedral and Montjuic in the distance. We were able to walk most places and the metro is at the end of the street for further afield. Excellent welcome and advice from Mario. We loved wandering around the old town, tapas in Barceloneta and catalan cooking at the oldest restaurant in Barcelona, Can Culleretes – found by chance. I had forgotten that menus in Spain list exactly what you will get, so I ordered “fried fish” and got a plateful of lots of different pieces of fish fried, and nothing else! Perfect. Thank you.
The place is large and bright with a huge terrace. There is everything you might possibly need in the apartment. Location is great as there is public transport, taxis luggage locker and shops close by, as well as many attractions. The best feature for us was the bedroom as there are blinds and curtains, which make room completely dark – great for sleeping in.
Andrei’s flat is absolutely perfect in every respect. Exceptionally clean, located right in the middle of everything, and very spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and it will be my first choice to book when I return to Barcelona. Check-in was super simple and Mario was very pleasant, nice, and super helpful! He provided me a bunch of recommendations. A+ all around!

If you could rent the perfect flat in Barcelona, this would be the one. The location was amazing – walkable to La Rambla, Pl Catalunya, trains, Metro, and busses. The flat was spotlessly clean, and the communication was exceptional.
We had a great week in Barcelona! We found the place quickly, and the check-in process was smooth, even on a rainy day. The location is spacious, and it has everything you might need on a trip. It’s located right in the center, and you can easily reach any other spot in the city. The metro station is next to the building entrance. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection was great and stable. They provided us with information about almost everything. We’re able to visit and enjoy the city without any headache only based on their recommendations. We’re definitely recommending this place to anyone! Our experience was enjoyable for sure!
The location of this place is A1! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as far as location wise. The price you pay is worth what you get. Great air Bnb Very simplistic, has one bedroom and a full length mirror in the bedroom closet, which was amazing!! The hosts were great. Accommodated all our needs and helped us with planning! Felt very safe at this place and would definitely come back if I visited Barcelona again… The kitchen is kind of small but if you’re looking just to experience Barcelona it’s not like you’re going to be in the Airbnb much anyways.
