We had a great 2 weeks stay. Partly working, mostly exploring and enjoying Barcelona. The apartments was a great base. It’s very central, literally next to the Gothic Quarter but very quiet. Everything inside worked (esp. aircon and wifi) and although the elevator did not, it was a good exercise. Andrei was very clear, consistent, and helpful host. Will come again.
Bien trouvé à la dernière minute et tant mieux. Appartement superbe. Idéalement situé. Parking à proximité pas cher quand on connaît les prix dus stationnement à Barcelone. Logement magnifique. Hyper propre, très très bien équipé. Grand, spacieux, les chambres sont nickels. La cuisine équipée avec tout l’électroménager ! Petit balcon. Rien à dire. En plus, Mario, celui qui nous a accueilli était parfait. Il nous a tout expliqué et a été présent par message pour toutes questions. Il nous a même envoyé des adresses pour profiter de cette belle ville. J’y retournerai ! 😀

Super apartament, wygodny dla grupy przyjaciół (5-6), świetna lokalizacja, do metra 3 minuty pieszo, wszystko zgodne z opisem, czysto, wygodne łóżka. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania, świetny kontakt z Mario. Dziękujemy za wszystkie polecone restauracje, skorzystaliśmy i było pysznie. Będziemy wszystkim znajomym polecać ten apartament.

I had a pleasant stay in this apartment. It is spacious, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Fontane metro station. The kitchen is very well equipped, the wifi worked perfectly, and there is also a TV that you can connect to your laptop with an HDMI cable to watch movies. The host was very kind and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The only small downsides were an occasional unpleasant smell from the bathroom (probably from the pipes) and a bed that squeaked quite a bit. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good public transport connections and a peaceful location.
