We enjoyed a wonderful 5 day stay at Andrei’s flat. The terrace is amazing and unit was comfortable for my wife, adult daughter and me. Great location at west edge of Gothic District and near metro stop and bus stop from airport. If ever in Barcelona again, we would absolutely try to stay here. Andrei reached out several times during our stay to check on us and his colleague met us at the building to make check in a breeze. Great experience all around.
The apartment was spacious and full of natural light which we enjoyed immensely. The location is perfect for public transit, walking distance to shops and playgrounds. It is, however, far from a luxury apartment as stated as most appliances are on their last legs, the kitchen pots and knives could be replaced and the couch is tired. The hosts were super responsive with the issues that I encountered.
Great flat in the middle of Exiample. Walkable to La Sagrada Familia, close to public transport to connect to all locations within minutes. Comfortable and spacious. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Mattress was a little too firm for out taste and TV is outdated, but we managed to feel very comfortable regardless. We basic cooking supplies a little lacking, but ate out every day. Toiletries provided were odd, we found an abundance of single serving shampoo but no shower gel or conditioner in sufficient quantity. Those small fixable details aside the flat is clean and beautifully maintained. It suited us perfectly during our week stay in Barcelona. Definitely recommend.
