AmazIng location, right in the thick of Barcelona’s action but on a quiet, safe street. The apartment is comfortable rather than luxurious, but the roof terrace is exceptional. You won’t need to queue for any of Barcelona’s crowded rooftop bars as you’ll have your own stunning sun trap at home. The host will also furnish you with great recommendations and a comprehensive check in. We loved staying here and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable base from which to explore the city.
Tout était très bien : l’état de l’appartement, l’équipement fourni, la propreté ainsi que l’emplacement ( à 5 minutes à pieds de la station métro la plus proche) Seul bémol : le plancher en bois du couloir ainsi que celui des deux chambres à coucher grinçait très fortement, ce qui nous obligeait littéralement à marcher sur la pointe des pieds afin de ne pas faire du bruit par rapport aux voisins. À part ça, très bel appartement.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement d’Andrei. Il est très réactif aux questions. Son guide de recommandations est très utile. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. La situation de l’appartement est parfaite pour faire du tourisme à Barcelone, pratique aussi pour le metro. Je recommande.
Good place! Very interesting: its actually 2 appartments in one. First one is on level 4 with two bedrooms (2xsingle + 1 king). And on floor level 5 you have the roofdeck plus another mini appartment (with another kitchen, batch and sleepcouch). The description and pictures dont really tell that. If i was the owner i would renew the descriptions and pictures. But was ok. We were nicely surprised by the second appartment 🙂 Door upstairs MUST be fixed, totally annoying. And it has been broken for a long long time – you can see this by the marks. But i told the owner to fix that:) hopefully when you come the door to the upper deck closes and doesnt bang in the wind…:) the teracce is really cool otherwise. And so calm. BBQ ist with coal, not gas. Summary: was good, we would come back. Mario was very gentle when he explained everything. Good job!
Bien trouvé à la dernière minute et tant mieux. Appartement superbe. Idéalement situé. Parking à proximité pas cher quand on connaît les prix dus stationnement à Barcelone. Logement magnifique. Hyper propre, très très bien équipé. Grand, spacieux, les chambres sont nickels. La cuisine équipée avec tout l’électroménager ! Petit balcon. Rien à dire. En plus, Mario, celui qui nous a accueilli était parfait. Il nous a tout expliqué et a été présent par message pour toutes questions. Il nous a même envoyé des adresses pour profiter de cette belle ville. J’y retournerai ! 😀

*We fixed a few little things ourselves like light bulb and over flowing sink
*Found a large cockroach in bathroom, but I think it was just the general building plumbing/ pipework that it came through
*Thought it was strange that we had to take our own trash out, because a cleaner came on our checkout so wasn’t sure why they don’t take it
* A little bit further from Central than we initially realised, however there was a tram line on the doorstep
* Nice swimming pool you can see from second balcony but it was closed when we went
The cons wouldn’t stop me from staying again. I would definitely stay again.
Gorgeous place. Truly a worthwhile location with an almost 360 degree view of the sea from every window. Perhaps not worth £550 per night which ia what we paid but nevertheless a gorgeous location and lovely small apartment. We were on the 5th floor with the private balcony which was also fantastic.
My only improvement would be that the jacuzzi bath really needs a clean inside the pipes that blow the jets. When we turned them on they smelled like sewage and brown liquid came out. The jet tubes were also very visibly dirty to look at.
All in all a great stay!
