Ubicación increíble, en el centro de Poblenou , la comunicación fue ágil , muy predispuesto Mario, nos enseñó el depto , y nos informó de mercados , restaurantes en la zona. El depto es chico pero muy cómodo , bien separado el lugar de dormir, la cocina, living. Es en un segundo piso por escalera pero fácil de subir. Seguramente si vuelvo a Barcelona me volveré alojar ahí. Me sentí como en casa.
Everything about this place was great. It was our first time in Barcelona and we had a fantastic time. The host gave us a ton of recommendations and tips which I really appreciate. Outside of their control (so I’m not holding it against them) parking was difficult and expensive and the tourist tax really added fees I didn’t really account for so just make sure you do that.
We absolutely loved our stay in Barcelona. The location was amazing. We walked everywhere.. to great restaurants (highly suggest Michelin star restaurant Mont Bar), to the beach, to the Sagrada Familia. We walked 30 km in our first week! We also loved that the bedroom was comfortable and quiet after all of our walking! The outdoor space was also amazing. Whenever we were back at the apartment we were sitting on the terrace overlooking the city. We could not have asked for a better location for our honeymoon. I’d also like to give five stars to Mario, who helped us check in late when we got stuck at the Amsterdam airport and was super helpful with recommendations and communication throughout the week. We super appreciated him!

One of the sweetest places I’ve ever stayed, and wish I had stayed longer. Andrei’s property manager Mario was the most on-point responsive and helpful person I’ve ever met after many airbnb stays over the years. He was supposed to meet me at midnight when I was due to arrive, and then a travel delay caused me to arrive at 7am the following morning instead, and Mario was there, glad to meet me, friendly and instructive about everything. Beautiful place, unusual layout, sort of winding, and loved it. The terrace is large and pure heaven, complete with a washing machine and dryer rack on one side, and comfy outdoor furniture on the other. Huge beautiful window’ed doors open to the terrace from the living room and the bedroom. Fab location, around the corner from the metro, cafes and markets within a block, easy to get anywhere from there. Super comfy bed and great shower, too. A near perfect stay. Many thanks!
