Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico, l’appartamento è diviso in due come in foto. Si ha la cucina e le camere da letto al penultimo piano mentre, facendo una rampa di scale, si accede al terrazzino privato con una piccola depandance. Ci siamo interfacciati più con Mario che Andrei, ottimo co-host. Disponibilizzimo, ci ha consigliato anche località e posti vicino. Soggiorno veramente perfetto. Da tornare a Barcellona e riprendere questo fantastico appartamento.
Bien los espacios del apartamento, las camas cómodas, el barrio seguro, metro cercano, con el anfitrión Renzo nos coordinamos perfectamente, él muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Como siempre es posible mejorar, yo recomendaría más pulcritud en el aseo, y poner a disposición de los pasajeros un café y unas galletas, para hacer más grata la llegada. Recomiendo 100% el apartamento y la empresa Lodging Apartments. Tuvimos una grata estadía en Barcelona. Muchas gracias.
Andrei’s place was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. The location is walking distance to a metro station, Plaça de Catalunya, The Ramblas walk etc. The apartment was clean and quiet, especially considering it is on a busy road. The shower water backs up a little bit, but otherwise the accommodations were great. We appreciated the air conditioning and the fan. One area for improvement would be a more clear statement of the additional charges with check-in. We were charged 25€ for checking in after 11PM (and I believe it is 50€ after midnight). We also had to pay a tourist tax of 5.5€ per person per night. This information was at the bottom of the “additional information” within the house rules, but it was not easily visible on the main listing. Just something to be aware of as this added 58€ which we weren’t aware of when booking – we should’ve read through all the details. Overall, we would recommend this AirBnb and enjoyed our stay there. Barcelona was great!
