Apartamento com localização muito boa, excelenete, espaçoso com todos utensilios. Ponto negativos do apartamento o Box do chuveiro o Ralo esta com problema e nao suga a água, alaga e molha todo o banheiro, verdadeiro caos ! Tem uma goteira e vazamento no teto logo na entrada, periodo de chuva esta molhando todo o piso no quarto de solteiro. Tirando esses dois itens que podem ser arrumados o aoartamento dentro da expectativa.
Fantastic location and comfortable stay. The outdoor space is what caught our eye and it is wonderful. We used the outdoor patio every morning and night before bed. We had one issue at the end, where the elevator broke down but it was not the fault of the host. Unfortunately we had to lug our suitcases down 8 flights of stairs. Overall, it was a great stay, in a great location with super responsive hosts.
It’s a very pleasant and quiet apartment in a very convenient location. There are lots of nice spots around, close to the beach, and it’s well connected. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I was welcomed in a very professional and friendly manner. The only downsides for me were that the toilet water was leaking, causing it to refill and make quite a lot of noise quite often. Moreover, the shower is very small, and it’s easy to flood the whole bathroom, which was quite annoying. Other than that, I recommend this place.
