One of the sweetest places I’ve ever stayed, and wish I had stayed longer. Andrei’s property manager Mario was the most on-point responsive and helpful person I’ve ever met after many airbnb stays over the years. He was supposed to meet me at midnight when I was due to arrive, and then a travel delay caused me to arrive at 7am the following morning instead, and Mario was there, glad to meet me, friendly and instructive about everything. Beautiful place, unusual layout, sort of winding, and loved it. The terrace is large and pure heaven, complete with a washing machine and dryer rack on one side, and comfy outdoor furniture on the other. Huge beautiful window’ed doors open to the terrace from the living room and the bedroom. Fab location, around the corner from the metro, cafes and markets within a block, easy to get anywhere from there. Super comfy bed and great shower, too. A near perfect stay. Many thanks!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits problèmes (douche, éclairage…), mais les hôtes ont été très réactifs et à l’écoute. Le logement est conforme à la description, bien situé, à proximité d’une station de métro et de plusieurs commerces, tout en restant très calme. La terrasse offre un coin extérieur calme et plaisant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter du beau temps. Nous recommandons ce logement.
Wow! What a beautiful space! The terrace was, by far, our favorite place to hang out. Everything was clean, easy to maneuver and relaxing to be in. Thank you for everything! Would definitely stay here again.
Great location with view of the beach/ocean and walking distance to many restaurants and stores along the beach “Boardwalk”. A representative was at the unit to meet us and give us a mini tour and explain a few things. He also provided a fee welcome gifts, which was a nice touch. Entire unit was very clean and had everything anyone could need. The unit is an overall large space very separated well to divide living and personal spaces. I liked how the bedrooms are in opposite sides of the unit. Very nice small balconies and lots of windows to let in fresh air. We also appreciated the elevator providing a direct entry point to the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
The flat made my trip in Barcelona perfect! Everything was true to the description, and Mario was really responsive with loads of recommendations about the city. Overall, I strongly recommend here to anyone who plans to visit Barcelona. Location – super close to the metro station and walkable distance from the centre. With 24/7 supermarket near and Lidl 2 minute by foot. Even at night, it was peaceful. Bed (3 adults) – Bedroom was as shown in the photos. Although the sofa bed could be a bit squeaky, it was big enough for two adults to sleep in. And the sofa bed is not the sofa in the living room and is in a separate space, which offers a lot more space even without putting it back every morning. The most I was worried about was the beds, but I shouldn’t have. Everyone had a nice sleep every night. Kitchen, Bathroom, Balcony – same as the photos, nice & clean!
I stayed at the apartment for over a month and loved it! It’s in the cute beach neighborhood of Barceloneta, and the front desk staff led by Moisés could not have been better nor more professional. The roof terrace is stunning, the bed is so comfortable, and the apartment had everything I needed to cook and feel comfortable. Very much recommend!
