Andrei’s place was incredible and made for a very special five days in Barcelona! The location is excellent, the apartment itself is clean and comfortable, and the rooftop deck was an absolute highlight of our trip. The communication was great and the in-person check-in was very easy and informative, and the tips for restaurants and things to do in Barcelona was spot on. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return!
The apartment is very spacious, modern, cozy, comfortable with very nice views, and extremely well equipped. You feel like you are at home. Everything was working properly. Stayed more than a month and had no issue at all – everything worked perfectly. Neighbours were very kind. The location is great, 2-min walking from 3 different subway lines, next to city and regional buses’ stops. You can get to the center in less than 10 minutes by subway, and if you are keen to walk, you can get there in 20 min or so. You also have a big shopping mall, large supermarkets and 24h convenience stores in a few minutes walking. Bcn’s central train station is 10-15 minutes walking. Then, you have the hills right behind the apartment, so you can take a nice walk while disconnecting from the busy city. The hosts – Andre and Alina were very responsive and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment in Jan 2022. It was very large and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Easy communications with the host and pre-arranged check in time. we were a group of 6 and it was very roomy and a short walk to many of the sights including the Olympic port, Arts Hotel, Zoological and other parks. Highly recommend
Great location with view of the beach/ocean and walking distance to many restaurants and stores along the beach “Boardwalk”. A representative was at the unit to meet us and give us a mini tour and explain a few things. He also provided a fee welcome gifts, which was a nice touch. Entire unit was very clean and had everything anyone could need. The unit is an overall large space very separated well to divide living and personal spaces. I liked how the bedrooms are in opposite sides of the unit. Very nice small balconies and lots of windows to let in fresh air. We also appreciated the elevator providing a direct entry point to the unit. Would definitely stay here again!
